Inc./Alderscreek Redevelopment - The employer did not provide the required personal protective equipment [PPE] to be worn, to protect the skin against related injuries and/or illnesses while performing brick laying  and/or concrete finishing operations [e.g. Portland cement] . This was observed on April 15, 2015.

This was observed on April 15, 2015.
