29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 4/20/2015, workers from Winland Construction, LLC were working on a roof of a residential building located at 8117 Edenbrook Drive, OFallon MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  The owner and two employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
