29 CFR 1926.1407(g) Posting of electrocution warnings.  There must be at least one electrocution hazard warning conspicuously posted in the cab so that it is in view of the operator and (except overhead gantry and tower cranes) at least two on the outside of the equipment:  On or about April 21, 2015, at the edge of the jobsite adjacent to powerlines, the employer allowed an employee to operate a mobile Liebherr 200 TON Crane (D-89582 TYPE- LTM 1160/2 , S/N 068048) in order to lift steel framing material to the roof of the structure without ensuring (electrical hazard) warning labels originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer were displayed.
