29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:     a) 2222 Route 27, Edison, NJ 08817:  Employees were observed utilizing pneumatic powered tools, including but not limited to a Hitachi nailers, during framing operations without the use of eye or face protection.   Condition observed on/or about April 21, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) 2222 Route 27, Edison, NJ: Employees were allowed to perform framing operations approximately 22 feet from the ground below on a 8' foot long job-made work platform raised by the forks of a JLG Lull Truck, without fall protection.  Condition occurred on April 21, 2015.
