29 CFR 1917.26(d)(2): Stretchers were not kept in close vicinity of the vessel and/or positioned so as to avoid damage to the stretcher.  a) Dock - On or about 5/1/2015, employees were exposed to hypothermia when the stretcher was not kept close to the dock area.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
