29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  On or about May 6, 2015, at 3963 River Place Drive, Macon, Georgia:  Three employees performing block masonry work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet to the lower level greater when guard rails and end rails  on the working level  had not been installed  on the tubular welded frame scaffold.
