29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(ii): Modifications or additions which affect the capacity or safe operation of the equipment were made without the manufacturer's written approval: a) New hotel construction located at 3753 Mundy Mill Road, Oakwood, GA 30566, Building front: On or about 02/18/2025 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that a job-made trash box was in use at the jobsite. The make shift equipment used is not recognized as an approved piece of equipment by the forklift manufacturer and is prohibited.
