29 CFR 1910.180(h)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that the crane was not loaded beyond the rated load capacity.    On or about May 8, 2015, Homer Tree Care, Inc. employees were exposed to caught-in and struck-by hazards when a boom truck equipped with a National Crane (S/N 295391) overturned while attempting to hoist tree parts.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
