OSH  ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  exposed to caught-in hazards during tree removal operations:      On or about September 14, 2016 at 14625 S. Manassas Lane in Plainfield, IL, employees performing tree trimming activities were working directly behind a wood chipper when an employee sustained a severe injury. The employees had not removed a rope from the tree debris (limbs) prior to feeding the branches into the wood chipper. The rope became entangled in the branches and caught an employees legs as the branches and rope spun into the wood chipper.
