OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to asphyxiation hazards from exposure to carbon monoxide while operating a truck. Location: Roadside on Point Street, Fairhaven Employees were exposed to carbon monoxide due to leaks in vehicle exhaust system. An employee lost consciousness on May 9th, 2015 while operating the truck.
