Lot 41, Paige Place, Mountain View at Hunterdon ,Flemington, NJ - Second story  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities using pneumatic nail guns did not use protective eye equipment while installing shingles on the roof gables. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a. Lot #41, Paige Place, Flemington, NJ - Mountain View at Hunterdon development    Employees engaged in residential roofing activities of a two story residential structure were observed installing tar paper and shingles at the gables of the roof without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19.5 feet above grade.    Violation observed on or about May 13, 2015
