29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area:    (a)   MMR Constructors, Inc., Razor 26, New Raymer, CO 80742 On and before May 14, 2015, the employer did not ensure employee training included the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of hazardous chemicals in the work area such as but not limited to hydrocarbons.  Employees working in close proximity to collection tanks had been provided monitors to detect for the presence of H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide) but not for the presence and/or release of hydrocarbons which can be achieved through the use of four-gas meters.  This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with exposure to hydrocarbons.
