29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about May 21, 2015, at the job site located at 6205 S 28thSt in Rogers, Arkansas, employees who were framing a new 2 story residence, were not using any type of fall protection. These conditions exposed the employees the hazard of falling from heights of approximately 10 to 20 feet to the ground and concrete floor below.
