29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips  a) The Production work area: On or about May 28, 2015, an employee used a Maschinenfabrik-Meminge Twisting Machine which had an unguarded rotating part, exposing the operator to potential injury from the rotating-part hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  a) The Production work area: On or about May 28, 2015, employees were observed working around various chemical compounds, including Propane, and Vectran, but did not have immediate access to Safety Data Sheets in the work place.
