29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Construction site: On May 27, 2015 and at time prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below while reinstalling shingles on a commercial building with a 6/12 pitch roof.
