29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i):  Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near any other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire; or in an acetylene generator compartment:    Finishing Department:  On or about June 5, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard when a cylinder of oxygen was stored near a cylinder of argon during finishing and brazing operations on dental work.      Mascola Esthetics Dental Lab was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977697, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/05/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6246 Ingram Rd, San Antonio, TX 78238.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:    On or about June 5, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to health hazards from the lack of written hazard communication procedures for the chemicals in use.
