The employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing roofing operations, on or about June 17, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) 700 Reed Street, Broomall, PA 19008 - Employees engaged in roofing activities, approx. 26 feet from the ground, were exposed to fall hazards without the use of a fall protection system, on or about June 17, 2015.   The EZ Home Service, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986194, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/14, with respect to a workplace located at 306 Summit Street, Reading, PA.
