Shop - On or about June 16, 2015, the electrical receptacle box in use was not enclosed to prevent electrical shock injuries. Sears, Roebuck & Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 535018, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/14/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Sears Auto Center # 6034, 850 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, CT.
