29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): All traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers must conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millennium Edition, December 2000, FHWA, which are incorporated by reference in Sec 1926.6 (a) Worksite located at the junction of Main Street and East Street, Parkville, Missouri. The employer failed to post signs of construction work ahead and flaggers ahead. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from motor vehicles while standing in the roadway directing traffic; no signs posted warning drivers there was construction work ahead.

Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers must conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition), which are incorporated by reference in ��1926.200(g)(2). (a) Worksite located at the junction of Main Street and East Street Parkville, Missouri. The employer failed to provide traffic control signs for employees directing traffic. Employees were exposed to serious struck by hazard from motor vehicles while standing in the road without proper signage to control the flow of traffic.
