29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. At this work site, employees were engaged in roofing activities on a low-slope roof and they were not protected by any type of fall protection set forth in the standard above. The employees were exposed to the fall hazard.
