29 CFR 1960.58: 29 CFR 1960.58:  The Agency did not provide training for collateral duty safety and health personnel including all members of certified occupational safety and health committees commensurate with the scope of their assigned responsibilities.  Park Administration:  On or about 22 June 2015 and times prior thereto, the Park CDSO was not trained for collateral duty safety and health duties.  This condition exposed employees to potential health and safety hazards due to lack of safety awareness and hazard recognition training.
