Subcontractor employee(s) preforming construction activities on walking/working            surface in close proximity to an unprotected edge without any means of fall              protection, thereby exposing workers to an approximate 10 ft fall hazard.            Violation occurred on or about 07/01/2015            b. Subcontractor employee(s) observed performing construction activities on           walking/working surface in close proximity to an unprotected edge without any means           of fall protection, thereby exposing workers to an approximate 10 ft fall hazard.             Violation observed on or about 07/02/2015    The FM Home Improvement, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 906596, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 Harbor Blvd, Weehawken, NJ.    The FM Home Improvement, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959780, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/02/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 111 East Dewey Ave, Wharton, NJ.
