This violation occurred on or about July 4, 2015, and at times prior thereto, where employees were performing residential framing operations without fall protection. The employees working on site were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 34 feet.    Longhorn Contractors was previously cited for a similar violation of this Occupational Safety and Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 316301548, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 349 Helen Moore Rd, San Benito, TX 78586.       Longhorn Contractors was previously cited for a similar violation of this Occupational Safety and Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 999279, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 7,2014, with respect to a workplace located at 109 Esplanade, Portland, TX 78374.
