29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a.  Within the facility, on or about 07/15/15:  Employer requires employees to perform hazardous chemical spill cleanup on corrosives.  The facility did not have an eyewash which was capable of delivering fifteen minutes of copious flushing.  The facility had a 4 ounce bottle containing eyewash.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
