29 CFR 1917.112(c)(3): The top surface of guardrails installed after October 3, 1983, was not 42 inches, plus or minus 2 inches high:  a) Barge Dock area - On or about 7/16/2015, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 4 feet when the top rail of the guardrails measured 29.5 inches high at 2.5 ft. from the edge of the dock platform.   b) Hopper Platform - On or about 7/16/2015, employees were exposed to fall hazards approx. 5 feet high when standing on the hopper platform to help load trucks.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
