East side of entrance to the barge loading area, vicinity of 800 Barge Point Rd, Clarksville, TN.  On or about 2/22/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to possible crushing injuries or death from falling loads, in that synthetic straps and wire ropes used to sling skid-steer onto and off of barges were not placed in a location where they would not be damaged after use.
