29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system: Lar-Son and Sons project site located at 30 W. Davenport St. Rhinelander, WI: On 7/23/15, employees reroofing a low slope roof were not protected from falls by adequate guardrails or parapets, and did not have alternative methods of fall protection available to them.
