29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Rear block wall, Cambridge High School Veterinary Science Building located at 2845 Bethany Bend, Milton, GA 30009: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 14-feet, 8-inches while working from the top of a concrete block wall installing metal roof trusses without a fall protection system in place. Employees were wearing full body harnesses but failed to attach to the retractable lanyards available on site.   (b) Front block wall, Cambridge High School Veterinary Science Building located at 2845 Bethany Bend, Milton, GA 30009: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 12-feet, 7-inches while working from the top of a concrete block wall installing a metal header without a fall protection system in place. Employees were wearing a full body harnesses but failed to attach to the retractable lanyards available on site.
