29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (h)(3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Three employees who were potentially exposed to such hazardous chemicals as bathroom cleaners, inorganic lead, and gasoline while performing maintenance activities, as well as mowing and weed trimming work, had not been provided with information and training (stipulated in 1910.1200(h)(2) and (h)(3)) on hazardous chemicals in their work area.  (b) As of July 17, 2015, the employer had not trained employees on the new chemical container label elements and the new format and types of information on each section of safety data sheets (SDSs). 29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200), and the employer did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and that employees were trained on lead in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section.  (a) The employer did not include lead in their hazard communication program and ensure that employees potentially exposed to lead during mowing and weed trimming operations at firing ranges were trained on the health hazards associated with lead including reproductive/developmental toxicity, central nervous system effects, kidney effects, blood effects, and acute toxicity effects.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
