29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:     (a). Worksite located at 501 E. North Ave., Belton, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking near the edge of roof without the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:     (a). Worksite located at 501 E. North Ave., Belton, Missouri- Employees were using a 2 foot step ladder that was leaned  against the wall. The wall was in excess of 5 feet above the top of the top of the awning.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:     (a). Worksite located at 501 E. North Ave., Belton, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder being used to access the roof structure did not extend at least three feet about the upper landing surface.
