Employee was exposed to eye and face injuries from flying debris when operating a pneumatic nail gun to install new roofing materials while not wearing any eye and or face protection.       Condition occurred on or about 08/19/15.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    a) 9 Koster Blvd., Building 22, Edison, NJ 08837. Employees were exposed to fall hazards when installing new roofing materials with no fall protection systems in place.    Condition occurred on or about 08/19/15.
