29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Residential building under construction; East Side, Genie Aerial Lift (Model: S-60X, Equipment#101190252), on or about August 19, 2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet in height to the unpaved ground level below, when working in a aerial lift without wearing a harness while not being trained on the procedures to recognize fall hazards.
