29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet  a) On or about 8/20/2015, employees working for Dunbar Mechanical Contractors at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN were using various hazardous materials and did not compile a list of hazardous materials used on site.  Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1010.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994517, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1030 Jefferson St, Memphis, TN 38104.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift.  a) On or about 8/20/2015, employees working for Dunbar Mechanical Contractors at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN were using a hazardous materials and did not label the container.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical.  a) On or about 8/20/2015, employees working for Dunbar Mechanical Contractors at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN were using various hazardous materials (included but not limited to Sherwin Williams paint, Liquid nails, spray paint, 3M Fire Barrier, Silicone, wall base adhesive (eye, skin, respiratory irritants) and did not compile safety data sheets for each material.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
