29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): JOB SITE: 7108-7110 Mexico Road, Saint Peters, MO 63376, on or about 8/20/2015, a worker was observed on a tubular welded scaffold and the working platform was not fully planked or decked between the uprights. The worker was exposed to a fall hazard.

The worker was exposed to a fall hazard.
