29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  a) Exterior of Building - Ladder - Left Side: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet as he carried a full sheet of plywood up an aluminum extension ladder while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 8/26/15.
