29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) On or about 8/26/15, on the sidewalk outside the entrance to the new Five Below Store located at the McKinley Milestrip Center, 3670 McKinley Pkwy, Blasdell, NY: An employee installing a lighting fixture in the canopy above the entrance was exposed to a fall of approx. 8 ft. while standing on the top rung on each side of a metal stepladder, straddling the top of the ladder. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
