OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees due to a fall from an elevation.  A)  Front, Exterior of house, - NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet as they were using a material hoist as a ladder for access on to and off of the roof of a house, on or about July 21st, 2015.
