29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   On or about August 28, 2015, each employee engaged in roofing activities at heights above 6 feet was not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.    Escarzaga Roofing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 558248, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 31, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2737 N.W. 140th St., Oklahoma City, OK.    also:  Escarzaga Roofing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3149288557, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Garden Courtyard Apartments, Tulsa, OK.
