29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Blk 26.06, Lot 11, Mary Lane, Robbinsville NJ: On or about September 9, 2015, two employees were conducting roof sheathing activities, without the use of fall protection.  As such they were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 15 feet from the roof's eave to the ground below.       High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat Violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058961, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/15, with respect to a workplace located at Dickman Dr. & Pershing Blvd., Lavallette, NJ   High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1016561, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/15, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Herbert Avenue, Pehala Park, Long Beach Twp. NJ.
