29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a personal fall arrest system:      a.  In the street at approximately 327 Dunellen Ave, Dunellen, NJ -  Dunellen Avenue Improvement - Phase II      An employee engaged in the removal of construction debris was observed using the cab guard of the dump bed as a walking/working surface.   Employee observed standing on the cab guard of the dump bed as a backhoe operated loaded the truck with concrete and asphalt being removed from the construction site without a means of fall protection.        Violation observed on or about September 15, 2015
