29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(I) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, was not protected from falling to that lower level by use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirement of paragraph (g)(4) of this section:    a) Construction site at 225 W. Beaver Ave., State College, PA: On or about September 16, 2015 an employee was observed working from a tube & coupler scaffold platform without the use of a personal fall protection system or guardrail in place. A fall to the ground of over 12 feet exists.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
