29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) Forklift: On or about September 15, 2015, the employer did not ensure the operator looked in the direction of travel when backing towards an area shared with pedestrians which exposed employees to forklift related hazards such as but not limited to being struck by.
