29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a) Jobsite - Roof Area:  On or about 9/28/2015, an employee was not protected from falling while working on a roof approximately 23 feet above a lower level.     Matthew Souza dba MJS Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002193, citation number 001, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Catherine Drive, Newport RI, 02840.
