29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii): The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives: a) On or about June 29, 2015, and at times prior, employees general and subcontractors who were performing renovation work of apartment units were exposed to asbestos because they were not informed of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials (ACM) or potentially asbestos containing materials (PACM) located in drywall surfacing and other building materials.
