29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    (a) Roof, Gate City Brewing Company located at 43-A Magnolia Street, Roswell, GA 30075: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16-feet while engaged in metal decking and flashing work without a fall protection system in place. Employees were wearing full body harnesses which were not connected to a life-lines, lanyards, or anchor points.     T & S Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315741793, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/09/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 254 Roach Street, Franklin Springs, GA.    T & S Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312531767, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/05/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1498 Johnson Brady Road, Canton, GA 30115.
