29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: Located on the North Side of a residential structure, an employee was observed working from a personnel work platform attached to the forks of a JLG 6042 Skytrak Telehandler Forklift that that was not designed by the manufacture for personnel use while exposed to a fall height greater than 31' above the ground below.
