29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms:  a) Front of the Building - Employees stood on the platform of a 26 foot high fabricated frame scaffold to install styrofoam and Drivit on the front of a motel. The platform was missing guardrails on the left side of the scaffold platform, thereby exposing the employee to a serious hazard, observed on or about 10-2-15.   Abatement certification required.
