29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a.   Employees performing residential framing work at elevations of 10 to 19 feet above the ground are not protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system.  The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 6, 2015 when employees installing truss bracing and roof sheeting on the 6:12 pitch roofs of the residential house located at 5416 SW 49th Avenue in Ocala, Florida were exposed to 16 to 19 feet fall hazards in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.   On September 29, 2015, employees installing roof trusses of the residential house located at 5416 SW 49th Avenue in Ocala, Florida were exposed to 10 and 19 feet fall hazards from the top plate of the 1st and 2nd story walls in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
