29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    (a).  Worksite located at 3712 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards such as, but not limited to, falling materials, climbing under scaffold and working below elevated employees and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:     (a). Worksite located at 3712 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were observed cutting block, brushing mortar, and other tasks that require the use of eye protection, which the employees were not wearing at the time of the inspection.
