29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a)  Press Area, on or about 10/23/15:  Ryobi Printing Press, 3200 MCD was not provided with guarding over the in-running  nip points of the rollers.  b)  Press Area, on or about 10/23/15:  Ryobi Printing Press 480L-NP was not provided with guarding over the in-running nip points of the rollers.  c)  Press Area, on or about 10/23/15:  (2) Two AB Dick 360 numbering presses were not provided with guarding over the rotating numbering unit.  d)  Press Area, on or about 10/23/15:  O & M Folding Machine was not provided with guarding over the in-running nip points.
